The essentials — bookings, walk-ins, timings, services, and getting to the shop.
Bookings
- Bookings are handled through Fresha. Choose a service on our site and continue to Fresha to pick the final date and time. No account is required on our website.
- All appointment times are shown in Thailand time (ICT, UTC+7).
- Please check the selected service, date, time and barber before confirming your booking on Fresha.
- Cancellations and reschedules are handled through Fresha. Please make changes as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another guest.
Walk-ins
- Yes — walk-ins are welcome, subject to barber availability. Booking ahead is the surest way to get the time and barber you want.
Late arrivals
- Please arrive on time. Appointments may be cancelled if a customer is more than 10 minutes late without letting the shop know. If you know you’ll be late, message us and we’ll do our best to keep your chair.
- Small delays may occasionally happen during busy periods. We keep them as short as possible.
Services
- Each package includes the exact services listed on that package card — see the Services page for the Signature, Executive and Ultimate inclusions.
Barbers
- Yes — pick a barber during the booking flow, or choose “Any available” for the fastest slot.
- The current team is Pie, Axe, Jaym, Bank, Miw and P’Chai. See the Barbers page for each profile.
Payments
- Payment is taken in the shop after your service. No payment is required on our website or on Fresha to book.
Location
- Fisherman’s Village, Bophut, Koh Samui, Thailand. See the Location page for the map, directions and nearby landmarks.
Languages
- The team speaks Thai and English. Mention any language preference when booking and we’ll do our best to match you with the right barber.
- Yes — English, Thai, Simplified Chinese, Russian, German and Hebrew. Switch languages from the menu.
Braiding
- Choose Cornrows or Box Braids on the Services page and continue to Fresha. Braiding sessions run longer than a haircut — check the duration on the service before confirming.
Hair colouring
- For colour work we recommend a short consultation so the barber can assess your hair and confirm the right approach. Mention it when booking.
