We only collect what you send us. If you use the enquiry form, your message opens in your own email app, so we receive your name, your chosen contact details and the text you write. If you call, message or email the shop directly, we receive whatever you share in that conversation.

Your details are used to answer your question, arrange or adjust an appointment, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Online bookings are handled by Fresha, an external booking platform. When you continue to Fresha you leave this website, and any details you enter there are processed under Fresha's own privacy policy. No payment is taken online — you pay in the shop after your service.

This website stores your chosen language in your browser so the site opens in the same language next time. Embedded content — the Google Maps map and the Fresha booking link — is served by those providers and may set their own cookies.

We do not share your information with third parties, except where a service you have chosen to use requires it — for example the booking platform, the map provider or your own email provider.

Enquiries and booking records are kept only as long as they are useful for serving you. You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you at any time.
